By now, you've learned my name is Kate, short for Kaitlin Alexis Scott. I'm 23, and I'm also a licensed cosmetologist in 2 states. After taking a couple college classes while still in high school, I quickly discovered that college was NOT for me. So, I dropped out the night before my next classes were suppose to begin, and I enrolled in cosmetology school, eventually getting a job in a popular barbershop in my soon-to-be new city - exciting right?

Yes! That is until my autonomic disorder caused my health to take a turn for the worse. I ended up having to quit my job after just a year and a half, but this was the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey!

I decided that I was going to open my own online boutique, and I did! I had MANY learning experiences on that journey, but it made me realize how much I loved the business side of things. I became very familiarized with all aspects of running a business online, and fell in love with creating something of my own. I ran my business out of my house for about a year until my family and life started to fall apart around me - divorces, am I right? Lol.

Shortly after the chaos, I got a job offer that I couldn't resist 3.5 hours away from home. It was my ticket to start over! My health was steady, so I took the job at another barbershop. I soon realized the offer was very  overhyped, and the 11-12 hour days (and lower pay than previously stated) were not worth it. My health declined yet again, I terminated my employment, and was back to square one.

Now, I'm using my creative and digital abilities to help others reach their full potential in their businesses, while freeing their time up as well! It's been quite the journey, but I'm so grateful to be where I'm at today and can't wait to see what the future holds.

Hopefully YOU will be in in!
